It’s ok not be ok all the time.

Writting a blog based on transforming negativity into positivity and leading a positive life, I sometimes feel as if I should be happy, bouncy and positive 100% of the time.

As I said I would be real on this blog. I won’t pretend I am happy positive Sian 365 days of the year. I’m not saying it’s not achievable but It’s not where I’m at yet.

I’m pretty sure we all have good days and better days right?

Well today I’m having a day where actually I don’t feel myself, bubbly or sociable for some reason or other, and d’you know what? that’s perfectly ok. I’m not resisting it, I’m noticing these emotions and listening to them.

Instead of shoving my feelings away and suppressing them so I can be happy and positive on my blog (which would be me putting a fake role on to keep my ego happy ) I am simply observing my feelings and letting them be as they are.

In fact, I am being positive because I’m being real and honest, I’m showing you guys that I’m only human too.

Whenever you’re feeling down, the best thing is to accept that feeling, feel it and question why that feeling has risen? Yes we have negative emotions arise at sometimes but resisting them just creates blockages, we need to accept these energies and work with them so the flow straight through us.

I am feeling pretty drained of energy and that’s ok, in fact its great because my body is showing me I need to take better care of myself! So i shall treat myself to a nice facial and foot massage before a read and bed. Tomorrow I will wake up refreshed and back to my normal self 🙂

Don’t feel guilty that you’re not happy 100% of the time. We have emotions, we have feelings, they’re there for us to take notice. Viewing them in a positive way is how we can transform them 🙂
